Following our recent notice regarding the upcoming seal coating project, we would like to remind all residents that carport spaces are reserved parking spaces assigned to residents who have rented them and are not open parking spaces.

We are sending this reminder because we have recently observed vehicles parked in reserved carport spaces that have been assigned to other residents. To help avoid confusion and ensure all residents have access to the parking spaces they have rented, please be sure to park only in your designated space or in approved open parking areas. These carports are labeled as CP in the image below and are located along Sand Hill Road, highlighted in yellow.

• Carports are reserved exclusively for residents who have rented the space.
• Unauthorized parking in any carport is prohibited.
• Towing is per community policy and only applies to unauthorized vehicles.
• Vehicles found parked in a carport without authorization are subject to immediate towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
• Residents who are interested in obtaining a carport space are encouraged to contact the Leasing Office to be added to the carport waitlist.

We understand that parking may be more limited during the seal coating project, however all community parking rules remain in effect throughout the duration of the work. Schedule and enforcement are subject to change based on operational needs.
