Parcel Program
Our Parcel Program is designed to ensure the safe and convenient handling of your package deliveries from USPS, Amazon, UPS, FedEx, etc.
All packages from residents should be addressed to:

To enhance the security and efficiency of package deliveries, we recommend having your packages shipped directly to the Corner Store. While USPS will automatically deliver packages to the corner store, we encourage all residents to address their packages to this location, as not all deliveries are handled by USPS.
By addressing your packages to the Corner Store, you can significantly reduce the risk of theft and minimize the time required for our courtesy patrol to retrieve and deliver your items.
Package Collection
Should a package be left outside near mailboxes or doorsteps, Courtesy Patrol will promptly retrieve and transfer it to the Corner Store for secure handling. Your package will be logged, secured, and available for pick-up from 6AM to 12 Midnight. The Parcel Service Program offers two options:
Complimentary Self Pick-Up from the Corner Store
This service ensures the safety of your packages that are delivered to the on-site parcel station at the Corner Store. After your package arrives at the Corner Store, you will receive an email notification from Mobile Doorman with pick up instructions. If a package is collected after 5PM, you will receive your mobile doorman notification the following business day. Packages will be held for 7 days. If you need more time beyond the 7-day grace period to pick up your package, contact us. Please note that unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender after the 7th day has lapsed.
Door / In-Home Delivery Service
For $15/month, you can sign up for direct delivery or in home delivery. Please contact us for the sign-up form. Please note the schedule based on your chosen delivery method:
- Door Delivery: Available from 6:00 am to 12 Midnight. Packages must be personally accepted, and a signature will be required.
- In-Home Delivery: Available from 9:00am and 6:00 pm. Written permission to enter is required for in-home deliveries.
Once you have received the mobile doorman notification that your package has been received, please respond to the notification to confirm your preferred delivery time or request for in home delivery.
