Stanford West Apartments is a 628-unit residential community of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Stanford West Apartments is located on the northwest side of the university campus, adjacent to the San Francisquito Creek and trail.
The following waitlist form is intended for Affiliate Rate apartments only. Prior to signing up on the waiting list, check your eligibility for the Affiliate Rate program at Stanford West Apartments here.
Additional rental programs may be available for qualifying Stanford faculty and staff. Please refer to the Rental Programs Eligibility Tool for more information.
This form is not intended for the Below Market Rate (BMR) program. For more information regarding the BMR program and eligibility guidelines, please visit the Below Market Rate Progam page.
All University-owned rental communities work on a waiting list system. Please use the following form for new waiting list submissions or to modify requests on any existing waiting list submissions below. This form is only a request to be added to the waiting list. You will be contacted by each property requested in the form below and/or will be contacted to be informed if you are not eligible for any communities requested.
