Dear Valued Residents,

We are writing to inform you of an upcoming temporary closure for the main pool and spa area (located near the fitness center) due to scheduled repairs. During these times, access to these amenities and select parking areas will not be available. Please find the impacted parking spaces below:

While certain areas will be inaccessible, the restrooms and Fitness Center will continue to be available for use.

In addition, the small pool and spa located in front of building 23 will remain open from the scheduled hours of 8:00 AM-10:00 PM.

When will the repairs start? How long will the work take?

The project is tentatively scheduled to begin in late February 2026 and is expected to span approximately six weeks, with an anticipated completion in April 2026, subject to construction progress and weather conditions. A follow‑up notice will be distributed to residents once the dates are confirmed.

What repairs are being completed?

The purpose of these repairs is to replaster the swimming pool. Activities will include, but are not limited to, construction-related noise such as pounding and hammering. Upon completion of the replastering, a stabilization period will be required to ensure that pool levels are properly balanced.

What can residents expect?

All repairs will occur in accordance with the guidelines set forth by building management. Construction will take place Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No action is required on the part of the residents in anticipation of this construction; this notice serves solely as courtesy communication.

We understand that the noise may cause some inconvenience and disruption to your daily routines. Please be assured that we will take all possible measures to minimize its impact.
