Dear Valued Residents,

We are writing to inform you of the upcoming sidewalk and courtyard work that will be taking place on the property. Sidewalk work is scheduled to begin on June 1, 2026, and is expected to continue through July 31, 2026, while courtyard work is anticipated to begin on June 1, 2026, and continue through August 15, 2026, barring any delays. Construction activities for both projects will occur Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The project will begin with the full demolition of all impacted concrete, followed by the installation of new concrete and preparation for pavers. The project will conclude with the installation of new pavers. During this time, there may be noise associated with drilling, generator operation, and jack hammering, along with increased dust presence. While we aim to minimize the noise, we appreciate your understanding during this period.

This project will require partial sidewalk and courtyard closures. While specific detours will not be marked, residents should avoid any blocked or barricaded areas and use other available sidewalks or pathways to access their destination. Please refer to the map below for the affected areas, any sidewalks and courtyards not highlighted will not be impacted:

The road closures will entail temporary parking closures as listed below:

• Parking spots throughout the property will be blocked off for the duration of the project. Please find alternative parking arrangements during this time. Any remaining vehicles may be subject to towing if not removed immediately from the premises.

Please be mindful of the construction equipment in the area and use caution when navigating. Your safety and well-being are our highest priorities, and we appreciate your cooperation during this time.
