Dear Valued Residents,

We would like to inform you of an important update regarding the sealcoating project currently taking place throughout the Stanford West community. This updated notice reflects changes to the seal coat schedule due to unforeseen scheduling delays.

Due to unforeseen scheduling delays, a portion of Clark Way and the parking lot in front of Building 27 will be added to the Phase 2 work area and will be closed beginning Tuesday, July 21, 2026, from 7:30 a.m. until Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 5:00pm. This schedule is subject to change based on contractor availability or weather delays. 

Refer to the updated project map below for details regarding the areas impacted. Please plan accordingly and ensure vehicles are moved from affected areas prior to the scheduled closure.
