Dear Residents,

We would like to inform you of upcoming sealcoating taking place throughout the Stanford West community. This project will be completed in phases, with each phase requiring area closures for approximately two days. During this work, streets, driveways, and parking areas within the affected phase will be inaccessible, and advance preparation will be required.

Project Schedule & Impacted Areas

Important Parking & Access Information

•             All vehicles must be removed from impacted streets prior to the start of the scheduled phase.

·    If you anticipate needing your vehicle during the closure, please remove it from your garage before work begins, as garage access will be restricted once the project starts.

·    After the first day of each phase, garage access will be restored; however, street parking will remain unavailable until the end of the second day.

•             Any vehicle that is not moved from the street by the start of the indicated phase will be towed at the owner’s expense.

•             Driving through active construction or across freshly treated surfaces is strictly prohibited. Any resulting damage may be charged to the resident.

·    The Stanford West Leasing Office Parking Lot will only be available for parking outside of business hours from July 14, 2026 through July 23, 2026. Temporary, limited access is permitted between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM only, and will be enforced by Courtesy Patrol. Parking in the lot at any other time, or in the indicated phase during restricted hours, is not permitted and vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.

·    To help accommodate limited parking during this time, residents are expected to utilize their garages for vehicle parking. All vehicles must be able to fully fit within the garage in accordance with community policies, and garages should be used for their intended purpose of parking throughout this period.

Marguerite Shuttle

·    The marguerite shuttle will be temporarily closed from July 14, 2026 – July 23, 2026. A separate notice with further details will follow shortly with further information.

We understand this project may cause temporary inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation as we complete these important improvements for the community.
