Dear Valued Residents,    

We will be conducting the annual window cleaning of all the buildings. This work will support the maintenance of the property by providing professional cleaning of exterior building windows. 

What can residents expect?

The cleaning will include all exterior windowpanes, and window screens. For residents with patios and balconies, please clear any furniture or belongings away from these areas to allow access to the workers. Please make sure all pets are inside and do not have access to the patios during the scheduled work. 

Please note: Balcony windows will be accessed and cleaned from the exterior of the building using ladders; no access to the interior of residents' units will be necessary.

 Additionally, please ensure that your windows are closed while work is in progress. If there are any concerns regarding privacy, please keep your blinds closed while the work is being performed. Please note that windows MUST be kept closed in order for the work to be completed. If windows are left open, we will not be able to wash them.
