Dear Valued Residents,

We hope this finds you well. We are writing to let you know that, as part of the exterior maintenance project, our contractor Outdoor will be cleaning rooftops, gutters, and downspouts. The work will begin on Thursday, December 11, 2025, through Wednesday, December 22, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The schedule is as follows:^(*)

Please Note: This project will not require contractors to access the interior of your unit but may access your patios/balconies to remove possible debris. Contractors may be seen outside your windows and the rooftops.

Additional Guidelines regarding the maintenance work:

• Clear Work Areas: Please cover all personal items within your patios/balconies such as furniture, plants, etc. Keep your windows closed to avoid dust and water as they clear the roofs.
• Wall Vibrations: Please remove or relocate any hanging and fragile items away from the interior walls. The contractor will not be responsible for any damaged items if not removed from the walls prior to roof maintenance.
• Dust and Noise: There will be dust, sporadic, and elevated noise from the gutter work.
• Stay Alert: Please be careful and stay aware of your surroundings when you enter and exit. Access may be rerouted during this period. We appreciate and thank you for your attention and your cooperation.
