Dear Residents,

The Leasing Office and Corner Store will be closed on Wednesday, December 9^th from 9:30 am – 1:30 pm for mandatory staff training. Normal operations will resume at 1:30 pm.

Please note the following:

· For maintenance emergencies such as water leaks, clogged toilets, or issues with smoke detectors, please contact the on-call maintenance line at 650-304-8558.  Please note that package-related matters are not considered emergencies. For time-sensitive package deliveries, please contact SR Global, our Courtesy Patrol, at (925)440-8020.

· To report any noise disturbances or property-related concerns, please call SR Global for immediate assistance.

· Lockouts are not considered emergencies. Should you experience a lockout, please contact a professional locksmith for immediate assistance.
