Dear Residents,

We  will be closed on Saturday, July 4, 2026 in observance of the Independence Day holiday.  Operations will resume on Monday,  July 6, 2026 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Please note the following:

●      Valet Living service will not be available on Friday or Saturday but will resume on Sunday.

●      For maintenance emergencies such as water leaks, clogged toilets,  or issues with smoke detectors, please contact the on-call maintenance line at 650-304-8558.  Packages are not considered an emergency.  For time-sensitive package deliveries, please contact SR Global, our Courtesy Patrol at (925) 440-8020.

●      The community’s quiet hours are daily, from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.  To report any noise disturbances or property related concerns, please call SR Global for immediate assistance.

●      Lockouts are not considered an emergency.  Should you experience a lockout, please contact a professional locksmith for immediate assistance.
