Stanford West Holiday Office Closure Schedule

Dear Valued Residents,

As we enter the holiday season, our offices will have limited hours of operation on certain days. Please see the schedule below for Stanford West’s hours of operation during this time:

·   Leasing office and the Maintenance office will be open from 9am to 1pm on the following days:

o   Wednesday, December 24^th (Christmas Eve)

o   Wednesday, December 31^st (New Year’s Eve)

o   Parcel Station: Hours of operation will remain 6am-9am and 6pm -midnight for these days.

·   Leasing office, Maintenance Office, and Parcel Station will be closed on the following days:

o   Thursday, December 25^th (Christmas Day)

o   Wednesday, January 1^st (New Year’s Day)

Please note the following:

·    Valet Living service will not be available on the days listed above.

·    For maintenance emergencies such as water leaks, clogged toilets, or issues with smoke detectors, please contact the on-call maintenance line at 650-304-8558. Packages are not considered an emergency. For time-sensitive package deliveries, please contact SR Global, our Courtesy Patrol, at (925) 440-8020.

·    The community’s quiet hours are daily, from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. To report any noise disturbances or property related concerns, please call SR Global for immediate assistance.

·    Lockouts are not considered an emergency. Should you experience a lockout, please contact a professional locksmith for immediate assistance.
