Dear Residents,

We will be closed on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 beginning at 3:00 pm and on Thursday, November 27, 2025, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Operations will resume on Friday, November 28, 2025, from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Please note the following:
 

• Valet Living service will not be available on Thursday but will resume on Sunday.

• For maintenance emergencies such as water leaks, clogged toilets, or issues with smoke detectors, please contact the on-call maintenance line at 650-304-8558.  Packages are not considered an emergency.  For time-sensitive package deliveries, please contact SR Global, our Courtesy Patrol, at (925) 440-8020.
   
• The community’s quiet hours are daily, from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.  To report any noise disturbances or property related concerns, please call SR Global for immediate assistance.

• Lockouts are not considered an emergency.  Should you experience a lockout, please contact a professional locksmith for immediate assistance.
