Dear Valued Residents,

We have recently observed vehicles parked in carports without authorization. Please be advised that these spaces are not available for general use. These carports are labeled as CP in the site plan and are located along Sand Hill Road, highlighted in yellow. 

• Carports are reserved exclusively for residents who have rented and paid for the space.
• Unauthorized parking in any carport is prohibited.
• Vehicles found parked in a carport without authorization are subject to immediate towing at the vehicle owner's expense.

Residents who are interested in obtaining a carport space are encouraged to contact the Leasing Office to be added to the carport waitlist. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain fair access to reserved parking for all residents and ensuring that assigned carport spaces remain available to those who have leased them.
