Dear Valued Residents,

As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining our community, our team will be conducting walkthroughs of all patios and balconies on a bi-weekly basis beginning May 1st, to ensure all units comply with our guidelines. Kindly review the following guidelines to ensure compliance:

Items allowed:

• Outdoor furniture

• Camping-sized gas grills (with a maximum of 1 pound of liquid propane).

• Neatly arranged plants within the patio/balcony area.

Items prohibited:

• Please do not hang rugs, towels, and clothing from windows.

• Items like plants, clothing, or lights should not be on or outside of railings.

• Please refrain from using your balcony or patio as a storage space, as balconies and patios

serve as emergency exits and must remain unobstructed.

Plants:

• Plants must be in a planter box or flowerpot (Less than 20 lbs.)

• Plants should be elevated oQ the ground on a stand. If the stand is placed on the floor, a

plant saucer is required to prevent spills.

• Plants cannot hang over or on the ledge, and pots cannot be drilled into the patio or balcony

walls.
